Sam the Ram voted Dad of the Year... again!

The Sheepy Times scooped an exclusive today when it received a confirmed tip off that Sam the Ram has won the much coveted title of Dad of the Year for the second year running!

With presentations due to take place on Father's Day, June 21st, Sam found time today to thank his closest rival, Timothy the Texel Tup:

'Hi there Sam the Ram here. As head of the flock it is very important for me to retain my Dad of the Year title. Status is so important to us here on the farm and I am careful not to let my standards slip. Competition keeps me on my hoofs and once again I would like to thank my mate Timothy for pushing me so close.’
